Although Swydo is aimed at pay-per-click agencies, its functions are equally helpful for freelancers and small businesses that need a visual overview of their marketing results.

Cyfe is an online dashboard for data monitoring and analysis. Similarly to Swydo, it also imports information from tools such as Google Analytics, MailChimp, Amazon, Facebook and more to display a clear overview of your statistics. You can also export the results to PDF or other formats and use a featured keyword ranking tool to automatically monitor your website position.

FreeMarketer

FreeMarketer includes a variety of features for e-mail marketing, simple CRM, marketing campaigns, social media, reports and list management. Its extensive report function may be especially useful to track your e-mail marketing campaigns. The goal of the tool is to help you generate more leads and close more sales by tracking your web activity and clicks on you links or social media posts. Some features are still under construction, but the application looks quite promising.

ExpressPigeon

With this tool you can design creative brand e-mails for your business purposes, create and send newsletters, track your e-mail campaigns and categorise your audience based on engagement. The free version is limited to 500 contacts and 1000 e-mails per month, which might be enough for a freelancer or if you want to send messages only to a certain group of recipients. ExpressPigeon offers
a friendly user interface, where you can drag and drop selected items and change colours and sizes to create your marketing e-mails. You can also pick a template or design your newsletter with custom HTML. Other useful options include creating autoresponders or setting up subscription forms and buttons.
